New Horizons

Over the next few weeks there will be a number of changes to Snazzys, the most immediately visible will be the re-organisation of the store and the change to our opening hours.

Neil & Tammy will be moving on to new horizons, and I am sure you will join us in wishing them the very best of luck in their new ventures.

Don will be retiring (EARLY!!) from his full time job later this summer, and over time, as his health improves, we hope he will become more involved with Snazzys. Meantime, as there are only so many hours in a day, we will need to make some changes to the way the we currently operate.

Changes to our On-line Store

Regular visitors to our on-line store will have noticed a lack of new products listed this month. Due to the separation of the businesses that came together within Snazzy Creations Limited we are unable to support the current on-line arrangements beyond the end of July 2009. We have therefore made the decision to stop updating the current on-line store, and use the resource to create the new one which should be fully operational in August 2009.

There will be a number of significant changes to our on-line store over the summer, the shop will be reconstructed, simplified and will no longer run on Actinic. You will still be able to pay on-line via PayPal, but we will no longer take card payments on-line. If you wish to pay by debit/credit card simply insert your telephone number and we will contact you when your order is picked, take payment over the telephone, give you your authorisation code and enclose your till and card machine receipts with your order. We will not hold any card details.

Meantime, as we continue to develop the main Snazzy site you will be able to see a listing of all existing and new products, updated as they arrive in store, so you needn’t miss out on all our new releases. When fully operational we will be updating the stock holding at the end of each working day so you will clearly see the quantities in stock, and we are always only a telephone call away if you have any questions or queries.

We will also be adding information pages on how to use all the lovely products available with a few samples and lists of ingredients to guide you .

We have also removed our ebay and ebid stores until such times as we feel we can support and update them effectively, but they will be back in the Autumn.
