This workshop takes you right back to basics but surprises you with how the basics can look anything but with a few hints and tips, and the right inks and techniques. Join us and produce three projects to be proud of, using the very latest stamps and start, or re-start your stamping journey.

Exploring Inks Friday 8 January 2010 2.00pm - 5.00pm

So many people tell me they are never quite sure which ink pad is best for which project, so I have decided to create a series of workshops, with downloadable hint & tip sheets, to help sort out the pigments from the oils and the archivals from the dyes.This session concentrates on working with the staple inkpad for all stampers, the pigment based pad. You will be amazed at how versatile this little pad is and all of us have just a few lurking in our craft stash, which we will combine with newly released stamps from Hero Arts.

Sometimes life just whizzes by and we seem to have no time to stop and appreciate all the good things around us. In this workshop we create a book, for you to add to throughout the year, recording the little things in our lives that we really appreciate. Perhaps it is something the children said, a beautiful day, a thank you from someone or a book we enjoyed, Add the details or perhaps a memento or a photograph and build a record of all the positive things in your life!
