New Horizons

New Horizons

Over the next few weeks there will be a number of changes to Snazzys, the most immediately visible will be the re-organisation of the store, and the temporary change to our opening hours.

Neil & Tammy will be moving on to new horizons, and I am sure you will join us in wishing them the very best of luck in their new ventures.

Don will be retiring (EARLY!!) from his full time job later this summer, and over time, as his health improves, we hope he will become more involved with Snazzys. Meantime, as there are only so many hours in a day, we will need to make some changes to the way the we currently operate.

Firstly, for the next couple of months we will be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. This will allow us to focus on the store on days when it is busiest, and to spend some time away from the store concentrating on creating all the original projects you would expect from us for workshops and displays.

Secondly, we will no longer be able to keep the store open while we attend shows. It is always a difficult balance as we do not like to disappoint our regular store customers, but we also have regulars who we love to meet at the shows.

Finally, we have reduced the number of workshops we are offering each month. All the projects we teach are originals, we don’t ‘lift’ projects from magazines or catalogues, nor do we use projects supplied by distributors or manufacturers. It does take a great many hours to produce these, and we are very proud of the standards we maintain so we would rather offer fewer workshops  for now and keep the quality.

Although there are a number of changes, (some of them only temporary), much of the familiar will remain. Without you, our customers, there would be no Snazzys and we have very much appreciated your support and friendship during the (somewhat trying) past year.

Thank you seems inadequate, but is sincerely meant.  See you soon!
