Method

Cover two thirds of the square card front with the small floral paper. On the narrow stripe paper stamp the scallop border stamp with the green ink along one edge, and punch or die cut a scallop circle from the remainder. Stamp the sentiment seal on cream cardstock with the green ink and cut out when dry.

Align and stick the scallop border stamped paper to the right edge of the square card and cut out the border through both layers. Using an 1/8th hole punch cut out the small circles from the border.

Using the Stix2 tape stick the narrow satin ribbon to the join of the two papers.

Punch or die cut a circle from the green cardstock and assemble as above using the ribbons underneath the scallop circle as shown using a foam pad to secure.
