We teach a wide range of stamping, scrapbooking and cardmaking workshops designed for both the novice and the more experienced crafter. If you check out our latest timetable you will find some classes may suggest some prior experience might be useful, but we would never insist you undertake our workshops in a particular order, and would instead suggest you select a workshop simply because you would like to make the project, or learn the technique. If you wish, some of our workshops can be combined to create a short course but there is no obligation to take more than one class or take them in a particular order.
In our new seasons workshops we are offering a series of classes we have called Take One Stamp where we literally do just that, and teach you three completely different techniques or ideas to help you make the most of the stamps you may already have at home. We are also offering some back to basics classes on a Friday morning, the chance to make lovely projects with the very latest stamps and inks on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and of course, some more in depth projects and techniques to really develop your skills on Sundays. Do give them a try - there’s sure to be something to inspire you!
We do ask you to pre-book workshops to allow us to plan our teaching commitments, but you may still be able to book a class on the day if perhaps we have a cancellation. We do not ask you to pay for workshops in advance, but do ask that you let us know if you are unable to attend. This may allow us to offer your space to another customer.
All equipment, tools and materials you need to undertake and complete the workshop are provided. There are no hidden charges or extra costs. In some workshops however you may wish to bring along some photographs or other memorabilia to add to your project, and in Janet’s Parchment classes you will prefer to work with your own tools.
Most of all we hope you really enjoy our workshops, and leave us with lots of ideas to enhance your crafting. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your workshop, please let us know how we fell short of your expectations. This will help us to continuously develop and improve our workshops.
